Terms of Service
1. Agreement and related policies
By creating an account or using YnY, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region continue to apply.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in account secure and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Service and AI limitations
YnY provides AI-assisted twin, memory, introduction, moderation and communication features. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and is not a promise of compatibility or outcome. It is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Use your own judgment and contact qualified professionals or local emergency services when appropriate. AI twins must remain identified as AI and must not impersonate a person.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant YnY a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You may delete supported content and your account subject to the Privacy Policy and lawful retention.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use YnY for harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, spam, fraud, impersonation, privacy invasion, intellectual-property infringement, malicious code, scraping, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass safety, entitlement or usage controls. Do not submit unlawful content or another person’s sensitive data without authority.
6. Community safety and moderation
You may block users and report profiles, media or messages. We may use automated and human review to filter, restrict or remove content and to warn, suspend or terminate accounts. No moderation system is perfect; report concerns promptly and follow the Community Guidelines. We do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome.
7. Apple subscriptions
The App Store shows the product, duration and price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge the renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Deleting YnY or your account does not cancel a subscription. Restores, refunds, price changes and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s rules and applicable law.
8. Reply packs and entitlements
Reply packs are consumable digital entitlements with no cash value and cannot be transferred. Monthly included replies are used before pack balance. A refund, chargeback or revoked purchase may remove related unused balance. Availability and use remain subject to the purchase screen, your plan and applicable law.
9. Account deletion
You may start permanent deletion in the app at Profile Center > Account Security > Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible once completed. Cancel any Apple subscription separately before deletion if you do not want future renewal charges. Details about deletion and limited lawful retention are in the Privacy Policy.
10. App Store license
The iOS app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license is presented in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license. These Terms govern the YnY service and supplement that license; the Apple Standard EULA controls if the app-license terms conflict.
11. Availability and changes
Features may vary by platform, region, plan or technical availability. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Disclaimers and liability
YnY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant a particular introduction, relationship or AI result. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using YnY or delete your account. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a Terms or Community Guidelines violation, user safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or service integrity. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an appeal path.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
